Rosalia's Kitchen (“we”) is a catering business in Miami, Florida. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote, place an order, pay an invoice or sign up for updates, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, event details and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
If you use the chat on our website, we keep the conversation (and any contact details you choose to share in it) so we can answer you and improve our answers. Please don’t type card numbers or other sensitive information into the chat.
How we use it
We use it to prepare and deliver your order, send proposals, invoices and receipts, answer your messages, and, if you agreed, send updates by email or text message (text messages are for order and event updates only, not promotions).
Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary (always on): remembers your cookie choice, your light or dark setting, a chat you start, and the secure payment form when you pay. It does not track you.
Analytics (off unless you allow it): counts visits and where people leave our ordering forms, using a random visit ID. It is stored on our own server and used only to improve the site. Nothing is sent to an advertising company.
Marketing & third-party media (off unless you allow it, or you tap “Load this video”): lets us show videos from companies such as YouTube and Vimeo, which may set cookies and see your IP address. We do not run advertising pixels today; if we add one, it will stay off until you allow it.
Until you choose, nothing optional loads. Your choice is kept for one year in a first-party cookie named rk_consent. You can change it any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. When a customer opens their own proposal or invoice link, we record that it was viewed so our team knows to follow up; that is part of providing the service.
Text messages
If you sign up for text messages, we use your mobile number only to send you messages from Rosalia's Kitchen. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the business (for example email, payments, hosting and messaging providers). They may handle your information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP. To see, correct or delete your information, email catering@rosaliaskitchen.com.
